100 days of running challenge...

"You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine."
John C. Maxwell

I love quotes. We all know that words have a powerful impact on our lives, whether it's good or bad. I have started a "daily change" it isn't a huge goal but it's a goal. I invite anyone and everyone to try it! My cousin all the way out in Japan has started this and I automatically jumped on the wagon because I need to change my life! She has been one of the many people who have been a strong support system in my journey especially because she's also facing some of the obstacles I am.
Let's do this!!!!

We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided.”
― J.K. Rowling

Here are the rules:

1: You must run a minimum of 30 minutes.  Any shorter and you won’t get the cardio benefits.  Longer is your call.

2: 100 days starts when you say it starts. You are allowed 1 rest day (not included towards 100 days) after 6 consecutive run days.

3: Once you start 100 days, you must run regardless of rain, sleet, snow or vacation.

4.This isn’t a race! You can run twice in the same day and count it as 2 days! The runs just needs to be separated by more than 6 hours.

5.You need to post your run dates, times and mileage (if you know it!).

This song was the first song on my Pandora playlist when I started to run... It got me pumped!!!

Have a great week!
